Company forcing to work without salary what can be done ?

My company is getting ban for four months. The company is forcing their employees to work for four months without any salary and assuring to pay amount after four month (not guranteed by company). And the salary of the current month will also get credited after three months. And also they are forcing their employees to sign a bond for four months accepting all the policies which i have mentioned above. And in case if employee wants to resign then also they are not ready for this.And in case if employee is ready to work for four months without salary but in that case the company is not ready to sign on legal paper that they will pay the salary after four months. What Should i do ??.

This legally not possible as job is a contract between two person based on legal consideration which is your salary in the present case. You can file a case against company praying for appropriate order for payment of salary.
