Company denied early relieving what can be done?

Hi Sir/ Madam, I resigned from my company and asked for an early release as I was on bench at that time and had an offer of another company. Initially they agreed to shorten my notice period but then at the last moment they ditched. I had given my resignation through email to my manager. But I am still getting salary from the company and have not got any relieving letter yet. Please let me know what can be done to come out of this situation.
you can again send your resignation letter to them referring to the old letter and asking them to relieve you from the company as soon as possible. you can even personally write or talk to your HR regarding the same and still if they do not respond then you can leave by giving notice.
