Company bond with 3 years service agreement

Hi sir I kept my originals with the company with 3 years of agreement and bond breakage is 3 lakhs Please help me I am depressed. The environment I am working is unhealthy in a Manufacturing unit. It's impacting my health
At the time of joining the company and at the time of signing the contract were you aware of such rules. According to Supreme Court judgement the companies are not liable to restrict the employee from leaving or paying the money to the company as it infringes the fundamental rights of the person. But the companies are not taking the ruling seriously and still get bonds and contact signed from their employees. Try to negotiate with your company and get the reliving letter.
