clarification on labour rules in a private limited company

1. how many working hours can a pvt. ltd company take in a day or week. what is the labour rule. what if the company is taking 10 hours in a day without any overtime? 2. can a company terminate any employee without any notice period verbally? what is the the rule for the company if it terminates any employee without any notice period in probation period (even if it is written in the appointment letter given by the company that 2 months notice period of either side)?

A private company can take the service of their employees in 8 hours in a day. And that's labour rule the employee has right to take the overtime wages and if the company not agree to pay the overtime money then the employee can file a complaint before the labour commissioner and LEO can verified and take Criminal action against the company. The company can terminate the temporary employee or on probationer without any notice. The probationer has no any right.
Any appointment latter issued against the rules and regulations is not enforceable and not executed so
