Caught in dual employment, employer threatened to stop payment. Advice

Sir I was worked with a company and he refuse to pay the salry and another month he said we will pay half salry from next month onwards. At that poin of time I join another compay and not disclose this in my first company. Through reffrence check things are disclose and they call me I write a apoloze letter and they said they will take legal action on me and send me in jail. So sir they will stop my cheque also which was of my salary cheque in my account it was october month cheque and I join the second company in november month. Kindly help me and suggest me how I will take my full n final and any legal action will taken against me?. Regards Ankit 8527058544
If you after joining a new company will not work for previous company then you have claim with previous company other wise forget about the previous one and concentrate on next one don't make any claim on salary without proper legal consultation along with paper
