Case filed -MSME Samadhan for non payment of aginst our invoices

I am writing to bring to your attention the long-pending outstanding invoices amounting to Rs. 41 lakh, which remain unpaid since 2019. Despite multiple follow-ups, the matter remains unresolved, and as a result, I had to escalate the issue to MSME Samadhan for resolution.
As per the first hearing at MSME Samadhan, I was advised by the council to submit all relevant documents supporting my claim. Please advice is the Unpaid Invoices are valid as GST were not paid from our end due to bad debt
Namaste. MSME Samadhan normally helps settle disputes on getting references for filing on delayed payments by aggrieved msme. this includes those related to GST. In order to understand the status of the invoices the invoices will have to be reviewed thoroughly.
