Can we avoid PF and ESI for delivery boys as there part of salary

Is there a way we can avoid PF and ESI as part of the Salary Structures for Delivery Boys? We are looking to hire them as consultants with a base salary and then pay them performance based rewards for the remainder of the salary. It will not be considered as an allowance and will be determined based on the number of deliveries they do. Can you suggest if this is possible and the best way to do this.

You please engage a service contractor for providing delivery boys etc., shall be worked at your office. They will take care of statutory requirement and such contractor will be answerable for the same. Here you need to pay a fixed amount to such contractor and they will intern pay the salary to the person whom you engaged for your service.
