Can I change my address at the time of joining

I am living in agra with my parents in government accommodation from past 15 year. I applied for a gov job in which i mentioned my gov accommodation address as permanent address as my all id have same address . I got offer letter now but my father is planning to change the gov colony to another colony. Will it create problem at time of attestation. Or i can change permanent address at the time of joining.

Yes you can change your permanent address after joining all you need to do give them a letter regarding change of the address, but in future please be careful because permanent addresses are not a temporary residence.

You should place a request with them for updating your address once your go for the attestation of your documents. This will save you from future complications. So just request them to update your address in their records so that in future they are in a position to correspond with you correctly.
