Drar sir /Madam Kya grandson ko grandfather ki death ke bad police me priority base pe job mil sakti ha . Agar koi aur family member eligilbe na ho? Agar court case kiya jaye to?

First of all it depends on the service rules of a particular state, in your query you did not mention the sate name, and the rank of your grandfather in police prior to his death, as normal first the son is eligible to get this benefit, before approaching the court, just check the service rules..
