Can govt school employees carry their small children to the workplace

My wife is a govt teacher. Plz, suggest that is there any law that my wife can carry my 2-year-old son to her school The child is small and she lives alone there.
You have right to carry your child to the concerned school where she is serving. You just have to just ask from the school authorities by making simple application asking for providing crech facility.
