Biased selection in governement job how can I take action against it

The procedure followed in recruiting work assistant -a under recruitment advt.no. 01/2016 of the government of india,hyderabad is absolutely questionable and doubtful where interview was organised for around 200 candidates for approx. 26 d group posts. earlier , written exam was conducted for the aforesaid posts on 19-06-2016 against which the individual candidate scorecard was never released...moreover instead of preparing a common merit list upon written exam result and/or the past academic performances of a candidate the sole selection criteria was changed to a single interview session conducted by 7 (seven) panel interview committee...and a system of favouritism was followed during the whole process now they have put up the final list of empanelled candidates on the web i have been rejected as part of foul play i have posted greivance on pmo but no reply has been received what should i do now?
