BARC OCES transparent Syllabus & Age dispute

09-Apr-2025 (In Labour & Service Law)
Scientific Officer (Group A) Exam notification on 2nd Jan'25 and exam held on 8th Mar'25. Neither PROPER SYLLABUS mentioned for any subject nor PREVIOUS YEAR QUESTIONS shared anywhere like other Govt exam. Sci. Officer age limit in other institutions are 32 (for UR) but in BARC its 26. Can I approach the court against BARC for not providing any roadmap for such exams and their uncommon and illogical age limit?

Yes, you can approach the Court by challenging the procedure/method adopted by BARC. However, you must do so at the earliest and without any delay. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
