Whether we have to wait for award to be uploaded in gazette before appealing against award passed by labour court in high court?
You need to apply for the Certified Copy of the Award of the Labour Court/ Industrial Tribunal. Then along with all the papers, please approach a lawyer to challenge the Award by filing a Writ Petition. The award of a Labour Court is challenged or appealed against in the form of a Writ Positionin the High Court.
