  4. Driving without Insurance- M.V.Act.196- Rs 1000/- 2, 3, 4 and 6 Wheelers.

  5. Underage Driving- M.V.Act.181- Rs 500/- 2, 3, 4 and 6 Wheelers.

Driving Related Traffic Fines

  1. No Entry Violation- M.V.Act.177- Rs 200/- 2, 3, 4, and 6 Wheelers.

  2. One-way Violation- M.V.Act 177- Rs 200/- 2, 3, 4 and 6 Wheelers.

  8. To drive and use an unsafe Vehicle- M.V.Act.190(1)- Court.

  9. Regarding wearing of Helmet- M.V.Act. 129/177- Rs 200

  10. To drive overweight Vehicle- M.V.Act 194- Rs 1000 per ton or Court.

  11. Unauthorized Interference regarding motor vehicle- M.V.Act 198- Rs 100/- by RTA.

  12. To allow an unauthorized person to drive & ndash M.V Act 180- Rs 1000


Road Marking Related Offences

  1. Violation of stop line- M.V.Act.177- Rs 200

  2. Violation of lane- M.V.Act. 177- Rs 200

E-Challan Payment

E-Challan Payment is an on-the-spot traffic ticket issued by Hyderabad traffic police. You can check your violations records and monetary fine and pay the Challan in cash at the e-Seva center or by any other online payment mechanism. How to check your Challan status

  • Step 1- Go to the official website.https://echallan.tspolice.gov.in/publicview/
  • Step 2- Once you enter the E-Challan website you will have a form to enter your vehicle number.
  • Step 3 - Enter the complete number of your Vehicle Including the missing zeros.
  • Step 4- If there are any pending Challans on your Vehicle, the same shall be listed on the page.
  • Step 5- If there are no Challans then you will be updated with a message saying no Challans.
  • Step 6- If there is any wrong Challan or the vehicle in the photograph with Challan is not your vehicle or issued double Challan. Check the box beside the Challan number and click on “Report to us”.

How to make payment for E-Challan

  • Step 1- Go to the following site- https://echallan.tspolice.gov.in/publicview/
  • Step 2- Enter the vehicle number of your license number and proceed by solving a simple mathematical question
  • Step 3- Review the list of fines associated with your challan and confirm the details
  • Step 4- Click on Pay Now and choose your preferred mode of payment - credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or other available options.
  • Step 5- You can check the payment receipt by clicking the & lsquo Payment Receipt' Option on the link by entering the transaction number.
