IPC 58 in Simple Words
Section 58 of the Indian Penal Code has been removed from the law by the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act, 1955.
IPC Sections 58 and 59 describe the manner in which offenders are to be treated until they have been transported. They are transported when they receive a legal sentence to transport. This section was repealed in 1955 by the Code Of Criminal Procedure Amendment Act.
