Can my wife file a false case u/s 376 even if we are not together?

Hlo sir, meri shadi ko 2 saal hogye h.2 months pehle meri wife ne mere upr 498,506,406 lgwa di.but abi 3dec.ko hmara compromise hogya in front of dsp in panchayat..ab hum alg rahenge parents se.kya WO mere upr 376 lgwa skti h?? Agr mai uske sth sex nhi krta kya WO tb bhi 376 lgwa skti h???
she is just making you scared, wife cannot book you under section 376 IPC.
She can only file 498 A IPC again thats all, but she has to give strong reasons now
