IPC 366B in Simple Words
According to section 366B of the Indian Penal Code, anyone who brings a girl under 21 years of age into India or from the State of Jammu and Kashmir from any foreign country with the intent or knowledge that she may be forced into illicit intercourse with another person can be punished with up to ten years of imprisonment and a fine.
