Description of IPC Section 108A
According to section 108A of Indian penal code, A person abets an offence within the meaning of this Code who, in India, abets the commission of any act without and beyond India which would constitute an offence if committed in India.
IPC 108A in Simple Words
Section 108A of the Indian Penal Code states that a person can be held accountable for abetting an offense in India if they aid or encourage the commission of an act outside India that would be considered a crime if committed within India.
