Husband not cooperating in mutual divorce agreement

16-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married 2 years ago, and we have been living separately since 16 months. We want divorce by mutual agreement, although the boy side also says the same. They have sent us three different drafts of mutual and today the final one which says that in any situation we have to abide by those clauses, but they are not favorable to us. They just mail us and that too as per their convenience. They have completely denied talking to us. They have asked me to sign the last draft and send to their native town and then they will come here to sign as per their convenience. I don't what to do? We are not finding these things correct. They are not trustworthy. They have been promising to finish this since 8 months but all efforts have gone in vain and now today this draft. Please suggest us something.
