Requirement of license for herbal pest control products

Hello I am from Mumbai, I have been doing Pest control with herbal products from past 10 years. now we wish to do GST Registration. do we need to opt for Pest control License if we only use herbal Products & no harmful insecticides?
Even if you are using herbal products but the activities performed by you is covered under 'supply of service' and therefore if you turnover of the preceding financial year is exceed 20 lacs then you need to take GST registration.
