Partners Denying For Submission Of Their Documents To get gst No
20-Sep-2023 (In GST Law)
I ,financial one of exec,partner.due to division in partner ship & despite in property,remaining two are denying for submitting docs.I have left nothing but to have close down factory.also one more partner is my son having American citizenship and does not have adhar card what is way out to Cary my Manufacturing business.
You need to execute a new partnership deed with the existing partner (s) or new partner (s). Once you have your New Partnership deed in order, you can get the firm registered on then basis of newly executed partnership deed.
