Is it necessary to open a company before registering into GST

Do i need to register as a company before registering into GST, Because i get money for adding people into meme groups and celebrity groups from foreign people through paypal, so do i need to register a company before registering on GST, Or i can simply Register on GST without Registering any company, since i am an individual who gets paid from foreign people for adding them into meme type of groups
