Is GST applicable to property whose construction was completed in 2014

I purchased a flat from developer/ landlord under an unregistered agreement of sale in the year 2014. now I want to pay the remaining consideration to the developer (not for the builder) and for registered sale deed . the developer charging 12 % gst on the reg. value. my flat construction was completed in the year 2014 .

1. Yes. You have to paid GST . 2. Because of Flat construction was completed in 2014 . 3. Here is the relationship of development agreement between the flat owner & developer . 4. GST means Goods & Services Of Tax . 5. So , It is mandatory to paid GST , whatever percentage decide as per the aforesaid rate of GST charge .
