I purchased a flat from developer/ landlord under an unregistered agreement of sale in the year 2014. now I want to pay the remaining consideration to the developer (not for the builder) and for registered sale deed . the developer charging 12 % gst on the reg. value. my flat construction was completed in the year 2014 .
