Yes, you can become partner in all the mentioned partnership firms. But, you must remember one thing that, any of the partnership deeds must not contain the clause that "a partner cannot hold any other partner position". Thank You

can a person become a partner in different partnership firms, private limited companies and section 8 companies?

Yes, under the Indian Partnership Act, of 1932,  a person can become a partner in multiple partnership firms. There is no restriction on the number of partnerships a person can be a part of. However, it is important to note that the person must fulfil the eligibility criteria specified under the Act for each partnership, and should also not violate any terms of the partnership agreement in any of the firms. Additionally, it is advisable for the person to disclose their involvement in multiple partnerships to all the firms they are associated with, to avoid any conflicts of interest.

Similarly, Under the Companies Act, 2013 there is no restriction on a person becoming a director in multiple companies, whether they are private limited or Section 8 companies. However, it is important to ensure that the person complies with the provisions of the Act, such as not being disqualified from being a director, not exceeding the maximum number of directorships, and complying with the requirements of disclosure and reporting.
