Woman are False allegations against man

A girl and I were in love, but I had already told her that if my family didn't agree to our marriage, we couldn't get married. Now she tells me that if I don't marry her, she will commit suicide or file a false case against me.She started a new job, in which she wrote that I was her husband.

In case you have the proof that your clear view of the marriage was conveyed to her, then she may file XYZ against you and will not succeed in the end. for safe side, you must slap a legal notice in good faith, to the institution where she has willfully provided false particulars as well as to the girl to cease and desist from threatening you with false litigation.
