Without divorce my wife changed my kid father name and surname

My wife ( without divorce ) living in relationship with married guy and not allowed to meet my kid. In school records she mentioned married guy name as my kid father name and sur name also …how can I proceed to punish both and I want my kid custody permanently..

As far as the custody is concerned you need to approach the court and apply for the same. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.
