Wife withdrawing 50percent of pension amount from joint bank account

My wife was file a divorce case in 2002 at chinsurah court.in the year 2006 temporary allomoney of rs3000pm order by court. After that I'm not attend court. When I'm retiring from railway service in january24 as per railway advice for pension credit I have open a joint account with separate living wife.
