Wife threatening to file case against me what action can I take

We get marridge 9 yrs before and have one doughter. But from marridge to till we can not live a normal life becose my wife marridge me only for money becouse i am serving in Indian Army. She alwase thred me for case and my half saliry. Sir pls help me for my feature

Dear sir, if u want to be separate from your wife then you can file a suit u/s 13(b) of Hindu marriage act on the basis of cruelty. But before doing this its my personal advice to you to meet an advocate who's a counsellor too.
