Wife submitted a petition for counselling is it possible?

She has filed a maintenance case in trichy. I donot have any safety to go to face that case in trichy. So, i am going to apply transfer case in highcourt. But, it seems she has submitted a petition at trichy court to give counselling. In Maintenance case, is it possible to order for counselling? Thanks in advance.

If she has filed a petition for counselling then it will be her own choice, in case you have not given consent for that, you may not attend the counselling session. If you have applied for transfer, you may quote the same as another reason to refuse for counselling.If one party is not willing for counselling, then it will not happen.
