Wife staying somewhere else filed case somewhere else what to do

My wife filed 2 cases against me and my mother inDivorce case u/s 13(1) i(a)- cruelty. and domestic violence act 2005.. She Marked to only Marriage invitation and Police Complaint and receipt. No Medical Certificate Marked. No Witness are Presented. The divorce case result is in favour of My wife side in Kumbakonam Court. I appealed in Thanjavur Court. The result also in favour of wife. In DV case, is pending in court? Counter filed . DIR is not submitted sor for. In DV Case, she said living in my native place in Nagapattinam. But she lodged complaint in Kumbokonam ALWPS. Is it correct?
This is jurisdictional point to be discussed during trial proceedings.
She may reside at Nagapattinam, but if you belong to Kumbakonam, she can very well file at Kumbakonam.
By the way DV cases are not filed with the police station, so please confirm whether it was DV case of any other criminal complaint lodged with police.
