Wife staying separate,steps to save marriage else proceed for divorce?

I am a Hindu, married on Nov 2021, staying with family and wife in Kolkata. My wife wanted to do job in Bangalore and after 1yr she will be back. Now, 1yr is already passed she doesn't want to come back. She wants -Me to shift Bangalore and stay with her and leave my aged parents in Kolkata -She will come back once she is at a higher designation in her corporate (which is uncertain) If she is willing, I want her to come now. I am not going to wait for uncertain period. What options I have?
