Wife not coming for 2nd motion of divorce, can I recover alimony paid

I have paid Alimony to my wife but she is not coming for second motion. Can i file recovery suit for the amount in MCD petition ?
What does the agreement in the 1st motion say that you will pay the whole alimony on the 1st motion? Or it says that part payment to be done. As she is not appearing you can send her a legal notice in case she still does not come you can convert the mutual divorce into a contested one and send court notice to her in case she still fails to appear you can have an ex parte decree order passed in your favour and then she cannot claim any amount from you as well
