Wife living forcefully in house after filling divorce?

I filled divorce on ground unsound mind and cruelty, but wife is not ready to go to her parents house. Will my divorce case will be dismissed or can i run the divorce case under same roof.

Sir,
This is a peculiar situation and you may not pursue the divorce case while staying in the same roof. In my opinion, she will get opportunity to file criminal cases against you and she may terrorise you. You may initiate eviction proceedings such as injunctions etc. for removal from house. Further, add cruelty also as a ground for divorce. Thanks
