Wife left home did not return mobile switch off

My wife was having affair with another man have repeatedly warned regarding this she told will stop talking but she left home telling lies that she was going to temple with her office colleagues for 3 days on August 20th night when called on Sunday she told will return on Monday morning but didn't come Monday again she told will take 2 more days so I went to near by police station to complaint her mobile is switched off after that till today Wednesday night
