You have the right to meet the children for which you have to go there if when they don't allow , seek police help so that if and when you file for Custody/access you have documents to support your attempts to meet children. The school had no right without Court orders to stop you from meeting children. Additionally file an NC at the nearest police station that your wife left on her own accord with all her belongings if she took, and has taken children with her without your consent.

2. give 15 days time either to join you along with children and/or answer your notice.
3. if no positive answer from her side then after notice period of 15 days you have to immediately file case u/s 9 & 26 of Hindu Marriage Act, for RCR and access of your children.
