Wife keeps going to her parents for months. How to file for divorce?

Sir my wife keep running back to her home and stays over there for atleast a month. We have 1 year old girl. On what grounds can i divorce her? Am i liable to pay her some money?
you can get divorce on grounds of desertion. And yes chances that you have to pay maintenance is high. You need to consult a lawyer for ways to minimize the maintenance. however you can not file a divorce within 1 year of marriage unless there are emergency situations on your part.
