Wife is asking for divorce what can I do

wife asking divorce, she taken all gold jewels and her cloths & valuable item of Silver idols , she and her parents warned me to give the dowry case and domestic violence case, asking permanent alimony and maintenance for kid, she went on march 2016, because of silly reason i.e., super delux facility 2bhk home, monthly twice she want to go to parental home, she want to leave the kid at parental she is not ready to bring the kid & not ready to take care kid with me. i tried to call her parents and her also not picking and no reply for sms or whatsapp message,
Sir,
Being your wife she have some duties and responsibilities and she must discharge them. She is not supposed to leave you and stay with her parents without any valid reason. You can file a case for restitution of conjugal rights against her in family court asking her to join you along with the kid.
