Wife has confiscated kidnapped my child and obstructing access no pics

My wife living in Ramnagar Colony, Jadavpur, Kolkata, has kidnapped/confiscated my child. Mutual divorce notice was sent but she is silent on that. We got married in Sept 2024, and we have a 1 month old baby. She has never lived with me, never even once showed her face in her matrimonial home in Delhi and is happily spending time at her parents home in Kolkata Jadavpur. What legal options do I have to get access to the child at least I need to see pics and if he's doing well I don't even know.
