Wife filed maintenance case now wants to live together

My wife is living separate for many months, she is at her parents home. We have a daughter and I have paid her school fee. Now wife has filed a maintenance case. I asked her if she wants to go ahead with case or wants to live together.We agreed to live together. Since she filed case she said she cannot take it back on her own as per her lawyer and she said I need to come to court for some legal process. Please advise if it is possible for her to withdraw the case without my involvement.
Your wife file a maintenance case against you and she alone can withdraw same case without your sign or presence in court.
Tell her and her lawyer that she can withdraw her case which is she filed against you.
