Wife do not cook for me and my parents

We belong to hindu religion. My brother got married in 2016. His wife don't want to do any household works. Many times she do not cook for anyone. They have no children yet. But My parents live with them. Can my brother file a suit against him on this basis?

No, this ground will be improper. If you want to have divorce and then you can file it in any of the grounds mentioned in sec 13 of Hindu Marriage Act such as cruelty or any other grounds. visit chamber for further details
