Wife cheating a handicap husband by extra marital affairs

I’m a government employe(Hearing Handicapped ) having 8 years of married life , having a kid of age 6 years, my wife is caught chatting with some other person when I questioned her she deleted entire chat history and saying that it’s an unknown number, she never treated me like husband and got to know that she is speaking with that person from many days
My question is if i file divorce on the ground of cruelity will I have to pay the maintenance? If Yes how much
What about my daughters custody
As per the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, the ground for divorce is as mentioned below
1) Adultery: Engaging in voluntary sexual intercourse with someone other than the spouse.
2) Cruelty: Inflicting physical or mental harm that makes cohabitation unsafe or intolerable.
3) Desertion: Abandonment by the spouse for a continuous period of at least two years.
4) Conversion: Changing religion to one different from Hinduism.
5) Mental Disorder: Suffering from an incurable mental disorder that makes marital life impossible.
6) Communicable Disease: Afflicted with a serious communicable disease like leprosy.
7) Renunciation: Renouncing the world by entering religious order.
8) Presumption of Death: Not heard of as being alive for seven years or more.
It is difficult to get divorce with the above condition. You have to pay maintenance to your wife if you opt for divorce. your daughter's custody has to be taken care by either one of you
