What will be my marital status if we file for divorce

Hello, I'm living with my mother from past 6 months and me and my husband have decided on getting divorced. now currently i don't have job so I've put it on hold. My question is what marital status should I use while filling forms of government job? I don't have marriage certificate. Since he had no time for that. I'm hindu.

Madam until divorce decree is awarded by the Honer able court till that time you will be presumed that wife of your husband. after divorce your natural guardian will be your parent. Thanks & best regards.
