What to do husband taken over all my accounts by force?

I am married for 10 months. Since marriage all my accounts and ATM cards are taken by husband. What action can i take against him in such situation?
Dear client keeping someone's documents illegally with us is also crime. So u can file police complaint against husband for keeping yr things illegally with him and ask for return the same. For any legal help call me

In present the only remedy to you is to approach to Banks and submit an application to closer of accounts and open a new account in the Bank. Further you can also file a d v complaint or civil suit seeking interim injunctions against him either to depsoit all your accounts and ATM cards in the court and/or to restrain him from doing such type of act and submit such orders to the concerned bank .

You need to file a domestic violence suit.You can register you complaint at women redressel cell and also file a police complaint regarding the same.You should consult a local lawyer who will make all these acts easier for you.
