my wife has logged the F.I.R AGAINST ME AND MY FAMILY ON DATE 5/09/2016 UNDER SECTION 498A, 323 , 312 , 313 I HAD TAKEN A STAY FROM HIGH COURT BUT NOW TEN MONTH HAS BEEN PASS AWAY NOTHING HAS HAPPEN FILE IS LYING IDLE IN THANA NOTHING IS HAPPNING PLS SUGEST ME WHAT TO DO HOW TO GET RID FROM THE PROBLEM.
