What is the time frame to file any case after divorce

My wife had sent Khula (divorce notice) which I have accepted and replied back. She has received my acceptance notice on 1st week of this month. Kindly help in clarifying the below points - 1. Is our divorce process completed and we are no more bonded to each other? 2. If she files a case (DV or dowry) then is their any time limit for her to file those? 3. Even if she files will the case stand good now when our divorce is completed?

Issuing notice is formal and one kind of intimation with regard to divorce or restitution of conjugal rights.
