What is the procedure for court marriage under special marriage act

Sir, I am form Jammu and Kashmir and being Hindu I am in love with a Muslim girl. We both are planning to get married whereas neither of the parties are willing, We are planning to have a court marriage, Can u please help me with the rules and regulations and tell me the directions to b followed. And also enlighten the exception in Special Marriage Act for Jammu and Kashmir.

your marriage comes under special marriage act as one of the partner has to change the religion. age for boy is 21 years minimum and girl is min 18 years. one witness from both sides (boy and girl). witness should be major not minor. you have to bring identity card and three photographs passport size and age proof of both boy and girl a,d identity card of witnesses also.
