what is the difference between Divorce and Legal Seperation
Hi
Divorce ends your relationship with your wife whereas in Separation (Judicial Separations) the husband and wife remain separated and do not live together though the relationship of husband and wife continues to subsist between them.
After separation the husband and wife may decide to re unite and again start living as husband and wife but after divorce they can not live together as the relationship of husband and wife gets terminated finally.
