My boyfriend do fake promises to marry with me after physical relationship he left me

what do you want to do. Do you want to file a case against him. You can file a Rape case against him. False promise of marriage for obtaining consent for sexual intercourse is considered as misconception of fact within the meaning of section 90 IPC. that's it not considered as a valid consent. kindly share more details if you want to pursue it.

hello mam according to your query you can file FIR in nearest police station 376 according to the IPC and you can file a 420 406 IPC and you can go to the police station further query please call me immediately
