What will be the consequences if i file for void or voidable marriage? Will I or the opposite party has to pay any fine if the marriage gets void?
They is not a fine but there are some grounds or incidence which would be affected to your marriage or voidable marriage
Incidence like if both of you had any physical relationship before
Similarly if any of you had ever use the marital status on any record

that depends on the prayer of either party that is generally prayed in their petition or reply also on the discretion of the court. however that happens very rare but compensation can be claimed and allowed.
