What documents are required to file divorce by wife for cruelty

My wife filed a divorce case u/s 13(1) i(a). she marked only marriage invitation and Police Complaintment and receipt. No Mediacal certificate marked.What are the documents required for divorce cruelty.?
For proving cruelty by her it will be her burden to prove the same with any evidence or corroboration.
You may challenge her allegation during cross examination and she may have to be subjected to strict proof for all her allegations.
If there is no medical certificate you may suggest that she has made the false allegations during cross examination and can tell her in the court that she is not eligible for any relief as claimed by her.
